At UsedCameras.com, our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction. If, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less any restocking fee within 21 days of invoice date.
UsedCameras.com warrants all of its products to the original purchaser against any defects for 60 days from the time you receive delivery of the product. In the event that a defect is discovered during the warranty period, UsedCameras.com will either, replace the defective product, refund the purchase price or pay for its repair at our option.
Claims for items damaged in shipping must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. If your item is lost in shipping we need to be notified within 3 business days of your scheduled delivery date in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier and process your refund.
Please contact a customer service representative via email at service@usedcameras.com or by phone at 866-602-1370 before returning any item so that we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label. When returning an item please include a copy of the original invoice/receipt with the RMA number clearly written on the invoice/receipt. If the item is defective, please specify the defect. Attach the return shipping label to the shipping carton and not on the original manufacturer's package. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form that was used to make the purchase.
All returned items must be in the same condition that they were originally shipped, including all the accessories that were shipped with them. Usedcameras.com reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
